السيسي يستقبل رئيس وزراء جمهورية رومانيا اليوم
استقبل السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اليوم السيد "نيكولاي تشويكا" رئيس وزراء جمهورية رومانيا، بحضور الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والسيد سامح شكري وزير الخارجية، والمهندس أحمد سمير وزير التجارة والصناعة، وكذلك السيد "فلورين سباتارو" وزير الاقتصاد الروماني، والسفير "ميهاي ستوبار" السفير الروماني بالقاهرة.
وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن السيد الرئيس رحب بزيارة رئيس الوزراء الروماني لمصر، طالباً نقل التحيات والتقدير إلى الرئيس "كلاوس يوهانس"، ومشيداً بالعلاقات التاريخية بين البلدين الصديقين التي مر على تدشينها 117 عاماً. كما أعرب السيد الرئيس عن التطلع لتعزيز التعاون الثنائي في ضوء الخطوات الإيجابية البناءة بين الدولتين خلال السنوات الأخيرة، التي عبر عنها تبادل الزيارات رفيعة المستوي، وعلى رأسها زيارة السيد الرئيس إلى بوخارست في يونيو 2019، ثم زيارة الرئيس الروماني إلى مصر في أكتوبر 2021، فضلاً عن مشاركة الرئيس الروماني في القمة العالمية للمناخ التي عقدت بشرم الشيخ في نوفمبر 2022.
من جانبه؛ نقل رئيس الوزراء الروماني إلى السيد الرئيس تحيات وتقدير الرئيس الروماني، مؤكداً الحرص على استمرار التنسيق والتشاور بين البلدين الصديقين في ضوء دور مصر المحوري في إرساء دعائم الاستقرار والأمن في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والقارة الأفريقية، وكذلك التطلع إلى تطوير وتعزيز علاقات رومانيا مع مصر في جميع المجالات، لاسيما الاقتصادية والتجارية، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات وتشجيع الاستثمارات المشتركة في القطاعات ذات الميزة التنافسية في كل من مصر ورومانيا. وفي ذلك الإطار تم التوافق على أهمية عقد الدورة القادمة للجنة المشتركة بين البلدين في أقرب وقت، كما تم التباحث بشأن التعاون في مجال الطاقة بمختلف أنواعها، في ضوء حرص البلدين على تنويع وتأمين مصادرهما من الطاقة، لاسيما في ضوء الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية وما فرضته من تحديات عالمية في هذا الصدد.
وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي أن اللقاء تناول أيضاً عدداً من القضايا الإقليمية، على رأسها القضية الفلسطينية والجهود المصرية لتحقيق التهدئة بين الجانبين الإسرائيلي والفلسطيني، حيث تم التوافق على أهمية تكثيف الجهود لإيجاد حل عادل وشامل وفقاً لمقررات الشرعية الدولية.
وتطرق اللقاء كذلك إلى مناقشة تطورات الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية وتداعياتها السياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية على مستوى العالم، وفي ذلك الإطار أعرب السيد الرئيس عن تقدير مصر لاستقبال رومانيا للدارسين المصريين الذين أجبروا على مغادرة أوكرانيا، وتسهيل عودتهم إلى بلادهم.
Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister of the Republic of Romania Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, Minister of Trade and Industry Eng. Ahmed Samir, as well as Romania’s Minister of Economy Florin Spătaru, and its Ambassador in Cairo.
Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, said the President welcomed the Romanian Prime Minister’s visit to Egypt and asked for his greetings to be conveyed to President of Romania, Mr. Klaus Iohannis. President El-Sisi lauded the historical relations between the two countries, which were established 117 years ago. The President looked forward to further enhancing bilateral relations, in light of the constructive and positive steps taken by the two countries over the past years. He added that this was demonstrated in their high-level exchange of visits, primarily President El-Sisi’s visit to Bucharest in June 2019, which was followed by the Romanian President’s visit to Egypt in October 2021. This is in addition to the Romanian President’s participation in the World Climate Summit, in Sharm El-Sheikh, in November 2022.
The Prime Minister of Romania confirmed commitment to advancing consultations and coordination between the two countries, in light of Egypt’s pivotal role in reinforcing stability and security in the Middle East and Africa. He looked forward to stepping up Romania’s cooperation with Egypt in all areas, particularly economic and trade relations and the exchange of expertise, as well as encouraging joint investment in sectors with a competitive advantage in both Egypt and Romania. The two sides agreed on the need to convene the next round of the Egyptian-Romanian High Committee at the earliest time possible. President El-Sisi and the Prime Minister of Romania also discussed cooperation in the field of energy in its various forms, given the two sides keenness on diversifying and securing their sources of energy, particularly in light of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis which has imposed international challenges.
The meeting also focused on a number of regional issues, particularly the Palestinian cause and Egypt’s efforts to achieve calm between the Palestinians and Israelis. There was an agreement on the importance of exerting intensive efforts to reach a just and comprehensive solution, in line with the resolutions of international legitimacy.
The talks also tackled developments in the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its political, economic and humanitarian repercussions at the world level. President El-Sisi expressed Egypt’s appreciation for Romania’s reception of Egyptian students, who were forced to leave Ukraine, and for facilitating their return to their country.
